Founded in 1824, CAIJ | Québec is the oldest CAIJ library and the second largest of the CAIJ’s network. In this superb library, the past and the present coexist. Located on the 5th floor of the Quebec City courthouse, this library is very luminous with a view over Quevec city. It is a great place to work in peace.
The collections are almost exhaustive in Quebec and federal law. In addition, a large collection of ancient books is available and enriches its heritage.
In addition to its large collection of paper works, members can access numerous databanks available from computers. Training in legal research are also available on site upon inscription. The staff is welcoming and will be pleased to assist you in your research.
