Infrastructures certified to the highest standards
CAIJ’s web applications and cloud storage use Microsoft Azure’s secure infrastructure. The Azure cloud infrastructure that hosts CAIJ’s systems architecture is certified to meet third-party attestations, reports and certifications. Details of Azure certifications are available here – https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/compliance/
Phishing and fraudulent e-mails
Beware! If you receive an e-mail apparently sent by CAIJ and you doubt its legitimacy, it may be a phishing e-mail characterized by an imitation of the sender’s e-mail address. This type of e-mail may contain links to a site that looks like the CAIJ site (caij.qc.ca), but is in fact a copy. The site in question may ask you for your password or try to install unwanted software on your computer in order to steal your personal data or gain access to your computer. Other e-mails containing links may redirect you to other potentially dangerous sites. The message may also contain attachments that themselves contain unwanted or malicious software, commonly known as “malware”. If you’re not sure about an e-mail you’ve received, delete it without clicking on any links or opening any attachments.
To report an e-mail purporting to be from CAIJ that you suspect may be fraudulent, or for any security concerns related to your interactions with us or questions about the security of our systems, contact us at infosec@caij.qc.ca.
