Consult an exceptional source of legal analysis. CAIJ’s collection of annotated statutes and codes contains over one hundred statutes from Quebec and Canada in some twenty areas of law. Scott’s Index

Tap into thousands of articles. The Scott Index to Canadian Legal Periodicals lists more than 50,000 texts published since 1998. It is maintained by CAIJ, and includes legal articles from over a hundred Canadian law journals, as well as those from scientific journals in related disciplines, and texts from conferences and symposia.

Heritage collections

Let yourself be transported back in time. The CAIJ offers a number of interactive virtual exhibitions, as well as historical and heritage collections, including the notebooks of Judge James Reid. Images, audio clips in English and French, and access to the full texts of historical works are available online. You can also visit the collection in one of our library by appointment only.
