What should I do if JurisÉvolution doesn’t display correctly?

If JurisÉvolution is not displayed correctly, try opening the database with another browser (e.g. Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox). You can also delete browser cookies to solve the problem. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Do I need to install a new printer for each CAIJ library?

Each CAIJ library has its own printer link, which means you need to install the printer corresponding to the library you’re in. To find the specific printer link for each library, see “Library printing” on the next page: co-working libraries.

My computer tells me I need administrator access to install the library printing software, but I don’t have this access. What should I do?

Access to your computer may be restricted by your organization for security reasons. We recommend that you try the installation again with the help of your IT team.

How much does printing and photocopying cost?

The rates for printing from a CAIJ workstation and photocopying are the same. You’ll find all the latest rates on the Pricing page of the CAIJ website.

Can I log on to my personal online space without my CAIJ card?

Yes. Each member has authenticated remote access to his or her individual account, using a confidential login and password. You can activate your account online with your email address as login. If you are unable to log in, please do not hesitate to contact us to get the help you need.
