How can I benefit from the CAIJ’s document loan and delivery service?

Good to know: you can have it delivered to your place of work, your home or another address, but you must make sure you fill in/validate the fields associated with delivery.

Here are the four steps you need to follow to make a loan and have it delivered to you:

• From the Espace CAIJ home page, click on Library Catalog in the Explore menu.

• Perform your search and consult the record of the book you wish to borrow.

• Click on “Deliver” or “Reserve” at the top of the form. The document will automatically be added to your basket.

• Go to your shopping cart, then validate or modify the delivery address (the default is the one linked to your CAIJ card). You can also add a special instruction (e.g.: Go through the side door).
  

You can save several addresses in your profile (e.g. Home, Office, Cottage) to avoid having to re-enter them each time.
