Do you have forms or sample contracts?

Yes. To obtain forms or model contracts, log on to the Espace CAIJ and select the Models and forms card, or search in the CAIJ search engine by the name or type of form or model you are looking for.

Once in the Models and forms section, you’ll be able to see everything that’s available to you.
