Can my CAIJ card be deactivated?

Yes, the CAIJ can deactivate a card and withdraw access to libraries in the following cases:

  • you are no longer an eligible member (e.g.: completion of your studies, striking off or non-renewal of your membership in a professional order)
  • you no longer have a valid deposit;
  • you have unpaid expenses beyond the agreed deadline
