Document Retrieval Service for Plumitif Finding: Changes effective Monday, August 10, 2020

SOQUIJ’s actual fee per plumitif is now charged to each person requesting a plumitif trace. However, CAIJ continues to offer the assistance of its document retrieval researchers without administrative fees.

Your requests to our plumitif retrieval service can still be made by email or by chat with our team of experts, who will process them diligently and without administrative fees. It is important to know that with this new system, you will receive the results of your searches by email and that the actual fees charged by SOQUIJ will be billed to you by the CAIJ in your personal space under My CAIJ authentication (the fees can be paid online in the same place under the “Loans/Reservations” tab). Any unpaid balance in excess of $50.00 will be required to ensure that subsequent requests are processed.
