What happens if I damage a loaned document?

If the document is deemed irrecoverable by the CAIJ, it is considered lost.

The CAIJ cardholder is then charged a replacement fee and an administration fee.

Damaged documents remain the property of the CAIJ at all times, even if they are returned after invoicing.
