How do I navigate by area of law in Documented Research Questions?

Search by area of law

The bank of documented research questions comprises some 50 areas of law, divided in turn into over 650 sub-areas. Some questions are classified in more than one area of law.

Search method

  1. You can access Documented Research Questions via the Espace CAIJ reception desk.
  2. By selecting the Documented research questions card, the fields of law will appear.
  3. By clicking on an area of law, all the sources and specific questions will appear, and you can filter or choose a sub-area of law using the tools at the top right of the page.
