How can I give my employees access to the CAIJ?

Sponsorship allows eligible CAIJ members to give up to two people of their choice, such as colleagues or team members, access to CAIJ services.

To sponsor more than two people, a special agreement with CAIJ is required, and our team will guide you through the process.

Manage your sponsorships in your Espace CAIJ

You can manage your sponsorships directly in your Espace CAIJ, under the “Cautionnement” tab in your profile (available only if you have the required permissions).

From this tab, you can:

• add a person to sponsor;
• view the people you currently sponsor;
• check the status and expiry date of each sponsorship;
• renew or end a sponsorship.

This gives you a clear overview of your sponsorships and lets you manage them independently.

Each sponsorship is valid for 12 months

Each sponsorship is valid for 12 months and has its own expiry date.
You will receive a reminder before it expires. To maintain the sponsored person’s access, you must renew the sponsorship. If it is not renewed, their access will end on the expiry date.
