Me Lise Malouin

Me Lise Malouin holds a Bachelor of Laws from Université Laval. She is an emeritus member of the Barreau du Québec, a member of the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec and holds a certification in governance.

She spent a significant part of her legal career at the Centre communautaire juridique de Québec. Over the years, she has served on numerous boards of directors and committees, including the Board of Directors of Caisse Desjardins de Beauport, where she held several positions over a nine-year period. She was also appointed as an independent member of Revenu Québec’s Board of Directors and served on various review, investigation, ethics and professional conduct committees, as well as committees responsible for selecting judicial candidates and candidates for admission to Université Laval’s Faculty of Medicine.

Elected President of the Quebec City Bar, she has been actively involved in its committees since 1999 and served for nearly ten years on the Board of Directors of the Barreau du Québec. She has spearheaded several innovative initiatives aimed at improving member services, access to justice and public protection.

A Life Governor of the Fondation du Barreau du Québec, she has received numerous distinctions, including the King Charles III Coronation Medal, the Quebec City Bar Medal, the Lieutenant Governor of Quebec’s Medal for Exceptional Merit, the YWCA Quebec Women of Distinction Award, the Justitia Award, the Robert-Sauvé Award and the Christine-Tourigny Award of Merit.
