CAIJ Enhances its Collaboration with CanLII

CAIJ recently added 546 Supreme Court of Canada judgments appealed from the Quebec Court of Appeal between 1876 and 1916 to the Canadian Legal Information Institute (CanLII)’s database. CanLII and CAIJ now provide access to a complete digital collection of Supreme Court of Canada judgments pertaining to Quebec.

For Richard Boivin, Executive Director of CAIJ, “it is significant for legal practitioners to gain access to a complete historical collection of judgments in digital format available in one single database”.
